Dejamos atemperar la carne 30 min. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. En un vaso turbo se prepara la salsa Mayo Albahaca. Se ponen primero la albahaca y la sal y se mezclan. Luego se agrega la mayonesa y se mezcla hasta que la salsa quede homog\u00e9nea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Cuando ya se haya atemperado la carne, se coloca en una sart\u00e9n precalentada y se deja a temperatura media durante 3 min. por un lado. Luego, se voltea y se deja cocinar por el otro. No se le coloca aceite y no se debe sazonar porque ya viene lista para colocar en la sart\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Mientras tanto, se corta la mozzarella en ruedas y los tomates secos en finas tiras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. En una sart\u00e9n o plancha, se tuesta el pan por su parte interior unos segundos -hasta que se doren los bordes- y la mozzarella ahumada, por un lado o ambos, durante unos segundos hasta que se dore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Se arma la burger en este orden de abajo a arriba: pan Goiko, salsa Mayo Albahaca, carne Goiko, queso mozzarella ahumada, tomates secos, r\u00facula, pan Goiko, yyyy lista la bandera de Italia. \u00a1Bon Appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mozzarella ahumada es su secreto.
