GOIKO USES 100% NATURAL SPANISH BEEF, ALWAYS FRESH AND GROUND ON THE DAY.
Our buns are artisan-made, baked in house (forget frozen bread!), topped with sesame seeds and golden-toasted right before serving.
Our potatoes are 100% grown in Spain. They are washed, sliced, stir-fried and deep-fried on the day, in every Goiko Grill location.
Since there is always a slight chance of food cross-contact in every kitchen, we can’t guarantee our meals will be 100% free of some of the main food allergens.
